Hi
Assuming you are using standard PR WF
and you have another person having authorization for Release code.
Solution: go to SWI6 check for user, item reference
go to SWIA and forward to target user having authorization for code

Hi,
1st find out Release code for present approver for your PR who is on long Leave.
As this PR need to be approved by another approver, discuss with Basis Consultant, just allow authorisation for that Release code for user ID of another approver.
If you have custom table for PR Release, then for that Release code - just assign/entry user ID of another approver and save.

Hi,
You can create new release group and also create new characteristic for purchase requisition date. So based on that date criteria new release group trigger for that release strategy.

Hi,
If you are you using workflow for approval you should set up a substitution for that users inbox.
You can use fm RH_SUBSTITUTES_LIST to maintain it for another user.
Also SWIA can be used to forward specific workitems.
Kind regards, Rob Dielemans

Hi,
You have two options, first as FC replied ,provide temporarly authorization to same level person.2nd option is reset his user password & use same user for approval.
Thanks

Hi,
You can provide the release code authorization to the concerned person so that he can temporarily perform the release.
