Hello Friends,
We are using SRM 7.0 SP 10 and ECC 6 Ehp 4 under ECS scenario.
We have planned to use the Central Contract scenario in our system. SRM and ECC contracts will have different number ranges.
The question is if we create a PO in SRM with respect to a contract in SRM and the PO is replicated in ECC , please tell me whether the SRM PO in ECC will have the ECC contract no. reference in the document history.
Regards
Nanda.
Hi Vinay,
I read some where that as per standard the Number range for ECC and SRM contracts are different so we have implement BADI if we want to have same number range for both contracts.
My question here is that whether the SRM PO in ECC (ME23N) will have the ECC Contract no. as reference or SRM Contract no, as reference.
Regards
Nanda

Hi Nanda,
if you want to utilize full range of CC functionality, you cannot have a same number range for ECC and SRM contract. This is due to different capabilities of both system (e.g. number of purchasing organizations authorized to call-off from a CC).
After successfull interation of SRM and ERP you will see both numbers of contract (SRM and corresponding ECC) within a PO line.
Best regards,
Tomas
Hi,
In central contract management, SRM contracts are central contracts.
I think, in your case, even in ECC, PO should display SRM contract number.
