Unpaid Leave calculation

Dear Sir,

We are facing problem in unpaid leave calculation on leave between hoilday.

If any staff apply leave from Friday to Monday ( Sunday is Hoilday ) then system are

deducting only 3 days leave. while apply leave from 16-08-2013 to 19-08.2013 then system are showing

details are as under.

Absence days 3

Calendar days 4

Payroll days 4

But while calculating the salary system are deducting only 3 days instead of 4 days. Also if any

staff are leave on unpaid for full month then system are calculating salary for each sunday.

Please suggest the same as it is very urgent.

    Dear Santosh,

    Have a look at your payroll schema how it's loading absences from PT.

    If you are using a copy of X000 schema go thru sub-schema XT00 and find RAB and PAB functions. Run payroll and have a look output log. function ZLIT is important for this issue. Share some screen if you find any problem.

    By the way sub-schema XAL9 and pcr XPPF can be important because of determining factoring method if you are using it.
