EBAN - find purchase requisition to be released

Hi,

How will we find from table EBAN, the purchase requisition which are to be released? I am developing a report and i need the Indicator field in the table and the value..

    Hi,

    Check EBAN - BANPR, with the following values.

    03 In Release

    04 For Overall Release

    05 Release Completed

    08 Release Refused

    You can consider the field EBAN-BANPR (Requisition Processing status) for your requirement.

    Hi Johaan,

    Use the field FRGKZ in table EBAN to find out the PR's which are yet to be released.

    Hi,

    Check EBAN-FRGKZ = " Y " : PR Released

    EBAN-FRGKZ = " N " : PR Not Released.
