Payment Terms with GRACE Day's

Hi,

Is it possible to have Grace Day's specific to Customer Payment Terms.

For Eg: Lets say Payment Terms are 30 days for Posting Date, we want to give an additional 5 days as Grace period for Customer, but don't want to disclose this to customers.

Is there any way to achieve this.

Do Suggest.

Regards,

Dixon.

    Hi Dixon,

I think you can add grace days in no of days field of payment term. System will calculate actual payment term days+no.of days field value.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Prasad

You can directly increase the days for the document in the edit mode.

    Dear Dixon,

Yeah it is possible to add grace period in payment term.

Go to T-Code OBB8 and enter required Payment Parameters Suppose (0001) within 30 days Due net and in Payment Terms tab enter the Grace number of days let take is as 5 and save the entry.

Now if you invoice on 30 days today (29-08-2013) system will calculate Net Due Date (04-09-2013) which is 35 from today. You can check it in FBL5N.

On Inoice system will show it as 30 days while calculating Net Due date it will add 5 garce days.

    Hi

You can do it with tolerance days in dunning processes. How are you showing than an item is overdue? Statement of Accounts? Dunning Notices? Are you printing the due date in the invoice? Or is your end user using FBL5N and the icons to check the overdue items?

    I hope this helps you

    Regards

    Eduardo
