maximum number of dimension feeds

I frequently get the "you have reached the maximum number of dimension feeds for this visualization". How can I overcome this limitation?

Example -- I have 3 dimension fields I'd like to use in the visualization:

  • Group (2 distinct values) - I'd like this to be the legend color
  • sessions (numeric X axis) (or time could also be here)
  • Workflow (a dozen or so values) - I'd like this to be the "rows by" or "columns by"

Graphing a single measure - response time

Basically I'd like to visualize the response time difference between two groups as load is increased (sessions/time), and I'd like to slice that over workflow. Putting both workflow and group on the legend color seems permissible, yet results in a useless graph since there are too many datapoints.

    Hi Justin,

please could you add a screenshot to help us better understand the issue?

This sounds familiar - i believe the chart type makes a difference here, so i'd be interested to know more.
