Load GLT3 table with archived data

Hi,

We have loaded GLT3 table using next procedure:

1.- OCDZ: delete GLT3 table

2.- GVTR: carry-forward from one year to next one.

3.- OCN1: repost FI data

4.- OCBV: reconcile extended G/L Accounts

When we have done OCBV transaction, we have found differences due to archived data. Archived data has not been inserted in GLT3 table. The number of archived data is more than 1.000.000 registers.

Which is the best way of updating GLT3 table with all registers (archived and not archived data)?

Hi Fernando,

You can post the balances using transaction GC41.

Thank you Prasad. The problem is that there are more than 1.000.000 registers. Do you know other way?

You will be posting balances to GL account wise in GC41. So, it won't be problem with the no. of records.

I know there is no problem, but 1000000 records are too much time to enter manually...
