    Hi Taniya,

The fact that there is no error in the process chain, means there is no delta at the time of extraction. If you want, you can check the delta availability in RSA3 in D mode. If you see 0 records here, then your chain also gets 0 only.

Hope you relieved from the situation.

    Regards,

    Suman

Yes raman, it is on PROD only

Earlier I have passed a thread for such issue.

But there are few areas where the delta uploads were stopped.

      thanks

since i have already reinitiated the delta which i asked you in previous reply.

      will update you status.

One more thing to be confirmed from you.

As i there are some places where the issue is similar and loads stopped. So i follow the same technique further.

      Regards

    Hi Taniya,

FI Related extractors better to run only once in a day other wise we may get zero records only. Because its take one day(24hrs) to come thru delta load. its common behavior.

So no need to worry. if you receive any data related issue then please share here.

    Thanks

    Hi

So you have running deltas and you receive 0 records? As you extract timestamped delta updates which you have in GL,AR,AP this is ok. There might just not be any new documents then

    hope it helps

    Hello Taniya,

Deleting request is not good, Infact DELETING of anything on Production is not a good practice for you.

I suggest better you try finding root cause before opting Deleting or Reworking on anything.

After seeing all replies I want you take a chance on Deleting the Data Content of the cube only.

Right click cube > Navigation menu > delete data

Then load data with INIT load.

Let us know further status. Hope my lines works

    Hi Taniya,

Most of the steps you have performed is ok..but can you pls also paste the long text of the error message to confirm on what the exact issue is..is it related to some master data or what ?

Also as suggested by others, does the job complete successfully on the ECC & there are no stuck idocs in sm58.
