Excise Invoice Cancellation at Depo for individual line item

Hello Friends,

Had a Query for cancellation of Excise Invoice at Depo using J1IG for individual line item,

Scenario

I have a Purchase Order @ Depo for 5 Line items

At the time of GR i enter the excise invoice no in Excise Tab & option RG23D Excise is captured / Post at

Header Level for all 5 line items.

Now after we have realized for Line no 4 there is some change in rate/ uom etc due to which reversed material Doc GR for Line

No 4. Now we have to cancel Excise only for Line No 4. But when we go in J1IG & click on "X" cancel excise invoice

After entering the material Doc no it displays all the 5 Line items & there is no option to delete a single line.

The complete material Doc will get cancelled.

Need a solution for cancelling individual line items @ Depo

Thanks & Regards

Shashank

You will have to cancel the entire material document and the associated Excise Invoice. And then recapture and re-post the invoice
