    Hi,

If you want to post any Document Credit and Debit difference should be zero.

    Regards,

    Hi,

The document you are trying to post: is it balanced? Does it have GL lines?

Have you ever successfully called this BAPI before?

    cheers

    Paul

    Hi Amit

Try passing the CompletedDocument = 'X'.

If you give bapi field COMPLETEDOCUMENT = 'X', then

even if you can give incomplete document to this BAPI it completes itself and thus avoid this error.

    Kindly update

    Regards,

    Venkat

Hi Amit, the error message implies the amont is not balanced.

Say , if you have two line items - one credit , then keep the amount as 5000 (say) itself

and ion second line item , keep the amount as -5000.

    This will solve the error.

    regards,

    Nivedita
