Hi,

have anyone else -except me- the problem, that in the 12.5.2.5583 the cumulativesum function in nestedreports doesn't work anymoore?

In main-DWs it works fine, but not in nesteds.

Any solutions?

Regards,

Christian

Hi Christian;

  Did this feature work OK for you in a previous PB release?

Hi Chris

I have tested this on PB 12.5.1 and it seems to work fine.

FWIW: EBF's are not like Maintenance Releases (MR's) and are only lightly system tested versus an MR which is fully system & regression tested. So EBF's while they can fix specific things can (and I have found do) break other features.

Personally, I don't use or recommend EBF's unless its a critical production support issue or to fix a severe development roadblock. Even then .. I would recommend a full regression test on your PB applications if you do use an EBF!

Yes I know that.

In the 12.5.1.4953 there is a problem with printing into printjobs. So we have to go minimum onto the 12.5.2.5550. But we want to go onto 12.5.2.5583 because of some other bugfixes in the DW-engine.

I feel your pain ... its a "catch 22" situation.

I wish SAP would release a 12.5.3 MR soon - since PB 15 development seems to be stagnated.
