delete item in physical inventory WM

Hi Friends,

I want to delete 2 items in the physical inventory which were counted. I tried going to LI12n but delete item is grey out.

when I go to tcode li12n & enter physical inventory document it gives me message that Quant xyz is not found take me out of the screen.

How I can delete these items.

Hi,

it seems to me that you have counted the items and already introduced the counting results. Have you tried with LI02N? Would it be very difficult to delete the whole document and restart the process all over again?

Hi Horatiu,

There are many bins in this storage type. Can I set for this storage bin deletion flag at table level & then create new physical inventory document for these 2 bins. Inventory method is annual, will it affect anywhere?

it is unclear in what status your pysical inventory is. you had initially talked about transaction LI12N, which is for counted documents.

Have you already counted, or only created an activated?

Usually you can do a lot from LX22 transaction.

via environment menu you can inactivate certain documents and you can even delete documents.

There were 142 bins for the physical inventory document line  no. 123 & 126 was having status counted & rest bins have status cleared. As I was getting error quant does not exist I had decided to delete that bin from that document & set the status of the physical inventory as cleared.

Now issue is that after doing this at table level I see that bins 123 line  onwards are having status changed from Cleared to not counted.

Please let me know how to handle this situation.

you are saying you did this at table level ?

And now you are complaining that the system misbehaves?

get it back like it was before and then try the given way. if it does not work, then tell the messages that you get

HI, you can use LI16 to cancel a line after counting.
