Relation between Views and Field Selection Group in MM

Dear Experts,

How to identify the relation between the Feild selection group and org. views in MM. I want to know how the fileds selection happens for a each view.

For eg. If I select Accounting 1, then how i can know what are the filed groups coming under this.

Please help me on to find the solution.

Hi Murali ,

you can find particular field group to particular field , like example

Step # 1

• T-code           :       MM03 
• Material Type :       ERSA
• View Name    :       Accounting 1
• Field Name    :       Moving price
• Screen Field  :       MBEW-VERPR  ( F1--->Technical Information )

Step # 2

• T-code     :   OMSR
• Click On Field Name button
• Enter Screen Field  MBEW-VERPR
• Continue
• you can find field selection group number like "37"

or

Using "T130F"  Table you can find field selection group

Hi Smruti,

Thanks for your reply. My requirement here is we need to create a new tab in MM17 as views tab.

It should function same as Tables tab. So when I am selecting a particular view, how i would know what are the fileds associated with this view. Is there any table fro where i can fetch all the relevant fields when I select a view.

For eg, when I select Accounting 1, it should fetch all the relevant fields into final review screen before carrying out mass transaction.

Hi ,

Using "T130F" You can find related field names as per view , like ..

If you want to search accounting view field information then enter "T130F-PSTAT" = 'B' .

• Better check T130F-PSTAT CP '*B*' as some fields are related to multiple status values.
• Look at least once at Customizing transactions OMSR and OMS9)
• Perform some search at OSS on MM17, start at Note 557702 - FAQ for mass maintenance
