Error creating item using DIAPI

Hi,

I am trying to create an item in item master using DIAPI.

I get the following error.

[OITM.BVolunit],'The connected value '0' was not found in table Length Units

It looks like that when i dont pass any value or 0 as value for item Volume in Purchasing Data tab, this error comes up.

Does that mean that i cannot leave this fied empty or pass 0 as value for it?
