Our Purchasing Process goes like this:
Purchase responsible requests approval for purchase order. It goes to the approval of Purchase manager. Then Purchase responsible adds the document.
After that, our Finance Manager needs to revise the BP Currency and Payment Conditions. It is done afterwards because Finance Manager may get better payment conditions. Also BP gives the quation in one currency and sometimes sends the invoice in other currency. Finance also revises that area normally and checks the approved box, that we renamed as "Finance Approval".
So, how can we solve this problem? We want to use approval Templates but this problem keeps us back.
NOTE: In approval Templates there is two checkboxs; one for adding a document and another for editing the document. But edit does not seems to work. It allows some areas to be revised without approval and somes areas are greyed out like the ones I need.
