schedule to pdf - error

Hi,

Last time I tried to schedule report with pdf destination but without succesfull.

Every time when I schedule report and marked format as AdobeAcrobat I get - error: text - (it's only one word).

I can save report as pdf when I open, refresh, save as.

Scheduling reports to Excell are working also.

My BO version: BO 4.0 SP5 FP 11

Cheers

    Hello,

I see the destination is blank, it should be displayed as 'Default' if you have not explicitly mentioned any location. You will have to define the default enterprise location as destination for the PDF to be placed in...

As an additional test, go to destinations --> select file system --> enter any drive location/path --> Schedule. The PDF should ideally get placed in that location. Check if it is working.

    Regards,

    Shwetha

HI, Adobe acro bat is the format of the Scheduled Instance. Select Destination to File System/Email /Inbox and use right place holder along with extension. Also check if the destinations are properly configured or not.

This would help you in identifying and resolve issue with it..
