    Hi Santosh,

To show item for customer wise, your idea is in good direction. A UDF is needed. However, this will only apply to one to one relationship. It is better make the UDF link to customer code (say U_Customer) instead of name.

The FMS query would be like:

    SELECT T0.ItemCode

    FROM OITM T0

    Where T0.U_Customer = $[$4.0.0]

    Please close your 2nd posting.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

You can achieve through FMS. Please follow the steps to get item in sales order.

    1. Create UDF in item master data

    2. Run below query and save it under query manager

    SELECT T0.[ItemCode], T1.[ItmsGrpNam], T0.[U_Cust_Code] FROM OITM T0 INNER JOIN OITB T1 ON T0.ItmsGrpCod = T1.ItmsGrpCod WHERE T0.[U_Cust_Code] = $[$4.0.0]

    3. Assign this FMS for sales order item ( By user defined value setup)

    4. Enable "User defined values" under View---> Pickers display

    5. Enter card code in Sales order and then just click User defined values icon to display list of items.

    Hope helpful.

    Thanks & Regards,
