Quota generation through PT60

Hi Expert,

this is not any project just a leaning process.

for year 2011 i was doing quota generation through PRTQTA00. and from year 2012 changed to negative time evaluation. so change IT0007 as 9 and V_556_b as INCREASE.

Accural period as :calendar year

Accural entitlement: no pro rate calculation and no multiplication and T559D as calender day. but if i run time evaluation for a year 31.12.2012 it is not

taking the particular year instead it showing for year 2011, am running on test mode.

its any setting has to be done please advice me

Thanks in advance

    Hi Bhama,

Pl check the validity period is Calender year & Accrual period is calender in table V_T559R

and also maintain 9 form 01.01.2012 onwards & in it0003 pdc calc date is from 01.01.2012.

Hope this will resolve your issue.

    Dear Bhama,

You said you are running in test mode. You mean you are running as simulation?

I think you would update the quota and see the new amounts so why you are running in simulation mode! You know in simulation system does not update the amounts.

Run PT60 in actual mode not simulation.

    Regards,

    Omid

    Hi Bhama,

Do you try Force recalculation from 01.01.2012? If not then you can try it. I am not sure that solve your problem, but it may be.

    Thanks
