Alerts are not working for Adapter Engine Issues

Hi Experts,

I was facing issue with alerts.when i was triggering the alert by running the report program it was triggering in the alert inbox .But while i was mentioning the interfaces in the alert configuration(RWB)  and testing end to end mail was not triggering into alert inbox.Even I checked the options with NO restriction in RWB.

Kindly navigate the ways of solutions
