Error while logging off from BPC Admin

Hello Experts,

When we try to log off from Web Admin we are getting the following Error.

"An Error Occured while trying to log off." (Attached the screen shot)

We are on "CPMBPC 801" 002. and POASBC 100_731 002

Hi ,

There is  a SAP NOTE for this and below are the steps tp be followed.

To resolve the problem, perform the followings.

1. Login to SAP Netweaver backend BW system.

2. Go to transaction SICF

3. Enter the following parameters and execute. Hierarchy type: SERVICE; Service path: /sap/public/bc/icf/logoff

4. On the next screen select the "logoff" node and right click.

5. Choose activate and click Yes in the pop-up.
