Print Layout designer PLD how to dynamically show a picture

I simply need to print a Item list with the picture for each (in the details tab of Item master screen )

how can I do this in PLD?

Hi Indika,

Yes you can. You add a picture field to your repetitive area. Go to the properties of the picture. In the properties select the picture tab. On that page, select the Data sub-tab. Select your file (Items) and your field (Picture) and the size properties.

This should work

Thanks Adele that fixed it, I had the path specified too so that was wy it did now show before. Removed the path so it works now.

Hi Indika

You need to write a simple query to give you the fields you need e.g.. Item No, Item Description and Picture. Then you create the report based on your query, from the Query Manager window. In the layout - picture field - there are various options for picture size in the field properties window.
