Contact person mass updation

Hi All,

User have worngly maintained the country for the contact person.

Please suggest me how can we change mass update in CRM for the BP contact person.

I have tried using the MASS but country updation is not available.

Please suggest me mass updation.

Hi Sathish,

There can be more than one method to do so. As depicted by James, LSMW can be used or a simple approach is to create a simple ABAP program which should get the contacts & change whatever fields you want to change.

I would go for a solution based on lsmw. Create an lsmw that can mass update the contacts. /JW
