Hi All, I need one help, While login into portal ( MSS) -> Planning-> Compensation Planning

I am able to see the Org Units of the manager but not able to see the employees of the org units.I have checked all config nodes but i didn't find any thing.

Please help me to get the solution.Error is attached in.

Hello Rajiv,

To view the employees under you and to plan the compensation for them, Your position has

to be the chief of the org unit and you have to be the line manager for the employees under you.

The relationship details A 012 (manages)to the org unit

B 002 ( line supervisor) to the sub ordinate positions.

Check table t71adm_process, is the org unit which your MSS person manages in this table? How many employees in field N_TOTAL ?

Hi Rajiv,

Please check authorizations for the manager. Does he has the MSS role and structural authorization?

if you login in the backend with manager userid, can you see employees of his org units?

Last but not least, activate a trace ST01 or ST05 against the manager userid, reproduce the issue  and upload the related log
