Dear experts,
I want to create one asset with a quantity of 100 units. and I want to appropriate those 100 units to 100 cost centers too
Is it possible via standard ?

Hi,
I think for this you can use the concept of Sub Asset by using AS11 T-Code. By this for each quantity you can create a sub number and each asset sub number can be assigned different cost centre.

Waza,
I think what you are asking is some thing similar to what is called 'create similar asset'. As a general rule, you should create separate assets if:
1. The UL of these assets are different or/and
2. Will they depreciate to different cost centers? and/or
I suggest that if anyone of these is true, create separate assets for each one of them. You can use the similar asset functionality to create 'n' number of assets. You can change the data elements or keep the same. Goto AS01 > Enter class, company and the field ' number of similar assets'. Enter say '5' in this field. Then when you save the asset, system would give a pop up and give you the option to either keep exact same info for all 5 assets, or you can choose to change some data for each one of them.

Also review a Distribution in CO-CCA to help put the depreciation expense to the final cost centre. I guess you could also do an FI recurring document too.
