Rebate agreement with Condition having multiple Acess.

Hi Experts,

I am facing a issue in rebate processing where i have used multiple Key combination for Rebate condition . i Have two key combination namely :

10 Sales Org/Distribution Channel/Division/Customer/Material

20 Sales Org/Customer/Material.

Now if i maintain condition record for 20 Key combination , then rebate condition is not updated in billing. However if i maintain condition record for both key combination then it picks up value for both record. I have not made any of the Access as exclusive.

Please help if any one has any solution . I want that system should only pickup 20 Access which i am maintaining.
