Material Document with wrong value

Dear All

When I to do a good receipt with the movement type 561, the system create a material document with incorrect rounding value.

For example:

Good Receipt MVT 561 in.entry balanc.

Quantity 6.000,000

Material Price 6.601,67.( Price unit 10000)

So the value should be (6000/10000)* 6601,67. = 3961,002 ( currency CH) while the system report the value 3961,02.( currecy CH)

I don't understand because the system loses a decimal

Thank you so much

Regards

all values are managed with as many decimals as the currency has by its nature (and in the customizing tables)

Hence the value gets rounded to 2 decimals in case of CHF

How you executed t.code:MB1C with 561 movement type?

Did you executed t.code:MB1C with 561 movement type

Directly posted by entering material quantities and also enter VALUE in local currency field
    OR
Posted with just entering material quantities .

Hi When you fetch the material price from the database table before doing the required calculation take those values in a separate variable with datatype as STRING and do the calculation with that datatype after your calculation pass the final value into your final internal table and while displaying the final internal table into your ALV REPORT pass the following field of fieldcatlog as follows WA_FIELDCATALOG-DATATYPE ='QCURR'. THIS MAY SOLVE YOUR ISSUE.

Hi. If you are using field catalog from Type Pools SLIS then use the mentioned field in which you are displaying the quantity. WA_FCAT-DATATYPE = 'QCURR'. This field will solve the decimal and comma interchanging problem.
