SFTP SSH Seeburger Adapter not polling with status green always.

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue with the SFTP SSH Seeburger Adapter, we tried all the possible ways to fix it, like dummy changes and activation, Resource Id deletion and recreation, stop and start, with socket time out.

We took the java server node dumps to check the whether any thread is polling on the server nodes by stopping and starting the channel, but its not polling on any server node.

We would have solved the issue if the channel in error but its in green status without polling a week days onwards, please help on this issue.

Try to put some invalid connection parameters in the CC and then check the status in the RWB. If the CC responds by showing RED, then try to put the correct parameters back and then check the status.

we did that also by giving wrong IP, it hasn't worked.

Did you check the cache in both stacks?

Hi Srini,

I tried that and restarted the Java stack too. fiannly I deleted the channel and recreated now its working. thanks for the help.
