Not able to submit the remediation plan in GRC PC 10.0

Hi Team,

For one particular remediation plan, we are not able to submit / complete the task.

Plan owner has assigned the task to a user. Now the user is not able to submit the task.

All the button “Reassign the issue”, “Close without plan” and “Assign remediation plan” are disabled.

When the user clicks on Submit, nothing happens and the task is still available for action.

Kindly let me know, if there exists any work around.

What kind of workflow this remediation plan belongs?

Please check the authorization according to workflow:

Control Dsgn Assessment	G_PL	CD
Self Assessment	G_PL	CE
Compliance Test	G_PL	CO
Indirect ELC	G_PL	MCOU
Monitoring Test	G_PL	MO
Indirect ELC Test	G_PL	MTOU
SubProcess Assesment	G_PL	PD
Manual Test	G_PL	TE
