For one particular remediation plan, we are not able to submit / complete the task.
Plan owner has assigned the task to a user. Now the user is not able to submit the task.
All the button “Reassign the issue”, “Close without plan” and “Assign remediation plan” are disabled.
When the user clicks on Submit, nothing happens and the task is still available for action.
Kindly let me know, if there exists any work around.
