All time data transfer to payroll

Hi SAP Exports,

I am running time evaluation without payroll but here i am getting doubt is that now how to get all time data and how to transfer to 3rd party payroll,

Please can anyone help me soon.

Hi,

Once you did time evaluation status 7 without payroll integration and ran PT60 for time evaluation.....

Check transaction PT61 (Time statement), PT64 (Absense List)

Check Cluster B2 for time evaluation result

For transfer to 3rd party check PT67/PU12

Hi Leelamohan,

R you using +ve time or -ve time?

If you have maintained 9, are you tracking only the deviation from work schedule?

When you have mentioned you are running time evaluation with out payroll I assumed the status is 7-Time evaluation without payroll integration.

Or otherwise you need to develop a z program which will provide the data from all related time info types & need to push to FTP server & from their your 3rd party need to pick up the file for further processing.

Normally PU12 is enough & I also developed a custom program due to many conditions for transferring data which will not meet by standards.

I think if you don't have payroll integration you should use status 7 otherwise 9.

Dear kavali,

You want to transfer with single file to third party, is data will include attendance or only leave related.

I want all time data in single file and i don not how to get all time data and how to transfer to 3rd party, is there any configuration steps?.

and they are asking me for 3rd party payroll get all time data and transfer i dont know how to do it.
