unknown UIElement

I'm developing a web dynpro and I've seen in the portal, some uielements i'd like to use, such as one that hides a view, or another one that can modify the proportions of two views, if initially is 50% and 50%, it can dinamically change by scrolling it. Does anybody know if that elements are currently available?
