Old Production order need to close/Del

Dear Gurus,

I have some production order for the year 2010 which need to put status closed or Del

As I try in CO02 system show an error message:Balance is not zero"

We have approval from our Finance team to manually adjust our GL WIP account. So we would like to have these production orders forced to either a Delete or Close status.

So please advise there is any way to put close or del without settlement.
