BP queue not getting generated

Hi Folks,

  We have done all the middleware settings as per the Best Practices documents. We have done all intial loads. We are trying to do an request load of customer and its not generating a queue in ECC or CRM. Not even a Bdoc is getting generated. Could someone give a possible solution to this issue. We are using SAP ECC 6.0 and CRM 7.0 EHP2. ECC is existing system and CRM is newly configured.

Hi Naveen,

Check the table CRMRFCPAR, CRMSUBTAB. If it is customer download check whether the entry for FM PI_BP_CUSTOMER_MAIN_EXTRACT is present in CRMSUBTAB. Also check if there are filters defined in the request download object in R3AR2.

If the queue itself is not getting generated you need to see the filters. If you have already carried out the Initial load successfully, these are the places to check.

We have  done the intial load for other master data except BP. Only BP is failing. Even delta load or request load isnt working. we are not doing initial load because we want to do an external upload of the whole data

What do you mean by External upload ?

Where are you trying to upload the BP ?

Then where BP is failing ?

Are the following BTE events registered correctly in TBE34 for ERP to carry out the delta correctly?

Do check in the following transactions as well for the replication to take place correctly:

PIDE  Classification / Account group

CRMFILTAB  Filter Conditions for Download (R/3)

CRMPAROLTP  CRM OLTP Parameters

CRMRFCPAR  Definitions for RFC Connections

CRMSUBTAB  Subscription Table for Upload and Download Objects

Let me know after you have checked these settings. These are ERP based.

Check whether the Business Transaction events [R3AC4] are configured.

Hi Naveen,

     kindly check with the adapter settings too, XIF adapter settings. As there was no generation of BDOC, the settings with the adapter might effect this... Function module used to save the BP through adapter is CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE, BDoc type is BUPA_MAIN.
