How to find hard coded phrases in the wwi template

Gurus,

I need to know how to find all those phrases which are hard coded to various WWI templates.

One very rough solution which I thought is to use "where-used-list" option for each phrase group and download the results to MS Excel sheet and then consolidate all those results which I will have downloaded for each Phrase Group to make final report but I am not able to download the results using where-used-list for phrases.

Any better option we can look for.
