Alerts are triggering even there is no error in the processing

Hi experts,

Alerts are triggering even there is no error in the processing. so my clients are getting mails once in a day.

i have checked the complete configuration, i didn't find anything wrong.

Can you please through some idea, to resolve this issue..

not sure why it is sending alert mails without any errors.

Did you check any job is scheduled to start the failed messages?

any messages are in error state in the system which are not cancelled?

how does alert message look like?

format is looking like a real time alert mail or when you do the alert test in RSALERTTEST.

are you having any message id in the container variable which you populate in the alert mail?

using that message id you can check the message in IE and AE.

                 May be those where custom alerts genrated by ECC if Proper Data validation check occurs
