Is credit Invoicing/Billing is possible in Cash Customer ??

Dear Team

I have found an issue related to credit invoices are not blocked in cash customer . Actually Cash customer should not allowed to do the credit invoicing/billing . Because we are not maintained any credit management data in cash customer

Can any one to suggest the reason ??
