TMD creation on single screen

HI experts,

My requirement is to create TMD (installation, CO, Premise, device location) on single screen

Kindly suggest me how to process.

Using ECC (CIC0 or EC20) - there is a provided front office process IDCREAT.  Using CRM, it is already provided in the standard views.  Where are you looking to do this?

Priya,

You can maintain your MDT from t-code EPRODCUST.

1. Create your own template using object template NEWCUSTPOD.

2. Activate node "Connection Object", "Premise", Device Location and "Installation"

3. Define fields as "Parameters" if you wish to bind them with data from EWBC

4. Others you can define as constants or virtual attributes

Also define key fields: CO,Premise, DL & Installation as parameters to receive the number after they are generated.

Hi Priya,

U can create entire TMD process in two ways :

1. Using Core ECC : We can go to the CIC0 Transaction (Customer Interaction Centre) and there u can maintain the Master Data Template and necessary settings according to the data model used by you.

2. Using Core ECC : We can go to the EC20 Transaction (Front Office Process). There u can move to 'Install' tab in the Second section and click on 'Intial Data creation' icon where u will be navigated to a screen. Please fill all the address details and installation details and execute the same.

3.Using CRM : Please go to the Transaction CIC0 and rest same as in the Core ECC. Please maintain the proper variants so thath u can reuse the same to create the Technical Master Data correctly.

I want to use 1st option. please suggest me how can i maintain Master Data Template and data model in CIC0 screen. I got info that i have to use t-code EWBC and EWFCO.

Hi Priya,

Please Try to Mainatain Master Data Template from 'EPRODCUST' Transaction and Call the same template from 'CIC0' screen. Then You would be able to create the Technical Master Data from single screen.
