Dunning issue

Dear Gurus

We are using the dunning process (2 levels)

Every time we run the dunning, the last dunned and the dunning level are not getting updated in the customer master.

Also i cannot see them in the dunning history in F150

But the system says everything completed successfully and i can see the spool request. the output looks as desired.

Regards

    HI Friend

Dunning Level and Dunning date are updated at the time of printing not in dunning run. Please ensure that you have took the print out before checking that.

      Hi,

I don't think BTE is required. Please check below notes if use full.

1123225 - Dunning Level is not updated for A/R Correction Invoice

1567263 - Dunning level is not updated after running dunning wizard

If above notes not solve your issue, please raise oss message to SAP.

      Thanks & Regards,

      Prasad

    Hi,

    1. First make the dunning procedure configuration. (FBMP)
    2. Assign the dunning procedure in customer master. (FD02)
    3. Then, put an invoice for the particular customer with past date. (FB70)
    4. Finally run the “Dunning”. (F150)

    a. First Run the "Schedule"

    b. Then, Run the sample print-out.

    c. Finally run the "Dunning Printout"

Note: The status gets updated only when you run the "dunning printout".

    5. Check the customer master - status will be updated.

    Regards
