problem when extracting newer kernel

Hello

Not having a lot of experience with windows I found problem when extracting SAPEXEDB_402-20006723.SAR and SAPEXE_402-20006721.SAR into H:\usr\sap\BIU\SYS\exe\nuc\NTAMD64 after the upgrade of BI7.0 to 7.31.

Basically the system is running but in mmc I have red for"sapcpe.EXE          Executable copy               could not be started"

What could be the problem for this to happen

Hey,

Are you able to right click on the sapcpe.exe in the MMC and view the developer trace? Can you copy and paste that in here. If not, look for the sapcpe.log and paste that in here please.

Have you updated the sap kernel? If yes, check the following note:

1375494 - SAP system does not start after applying SAP kernel patch
