issue by executing WAD Web templates - wrong value for parameter <bsp_server>

When I execute a web template 3.5 from WAD then the parameter for <bps_server> is wrong.

<bsp_protcl>://<bsp_server>/sap/bw/BEx?sap-language=<language>&bsplanguage=DE&cmd=ldoc&TEMPLATE_ID=W....

Where is this parameter defiened?

I have already checked the service /sap/bw/BEx --> this is working fine and uses the correct parameter value.

When I replace in the URL the hostname with the correct value it is working?

What could be the issue? And where can I change the wrong assignment?
