hello naresh,
if you are using any certificates for service market place login that will also effect the scn.sap.com login so kindly remove the certificates if u want login with another account. or if u want to use the same account get a new certificate in the place of it.
goto --> tools --> internet options --> contents --> certificates u will find an certificate issued by sap passport ca
