SM50 session not terminated even after closing the browser

Hi Experts

Recently we upgraded our system from BW3.5 to BI 7.3. After the upgrade we are facing the issue with Web reports.

1. Ideally when we open the browser it creates a session in the SM50.

2. When we close the browser by clicking the top corner close button, it should end the session in SM50 as well.

3. But the session is not terminated in the SM50 and it is still running . We are facing this issue after upgrade.

Can anyone please through some light on this ASAP ?
