How would you identify a Payroll related issue using Payroll Log

Hi,

Im a beginner in SAP HCM module. I have come across an issue, where the Vacation Pay[WT649] is paid to an employee before he would break for vacation during his half cycle payroll.

How can i figure where the rule is written using the Log tree.
