DASH BOARD error message (LO 26603)

DASH BOARD LOGON FAILED, can not access external data ( LO 26603) error message it showing while running dash board in CMC,

I have did that DASHBOARD on the top of crystal report through LIVE OFFICE.

Have a look at the below thread and see if its applicable in your case. BTW what is the source of your crystal reports?

Source of my crystal report is oracle DB voa ODBC connection
