    Hi Sreejith,

I can provide you one workaround for this.

If the scenario is that at a max. you get 10 applicants, then create a structure SE11, and include that structure in the form interface and context.

In the layout, create 2 text fields (one for Name and other for signature label. to get the underline, you should only select the bottom margin in Border Palette). wrap these 2 text fields in a subform. write a condition in the subform like this

    if ($.NAME == NULL) then

    $.presence = "hidden"

    endif

create a similar subform for other 9 applicants (Keep in mind to set the Binding for the 'Name' text field corresponding to the field name in Structure).

if needed, wrap all these 10 subforms in a another subform and set it as per the requirement.

    Hi Sreejith,

I assume you will be passing in the applicant using table .

You can use subform as table method to diplay the section ( or subform ) depends on the record.

    Hope this helps.

To achieve the requirement, follow the steps below.

    1) Create a table in the interface import whose structure contains only 2 fields below.

Let the table name be im_tab.

This table will be filled and passed while calling the form.

    -------------------------------

    Name | Signature

    -------------------------------

    2) In Adobe form drag this table in context node.

    3) In Layout (in design view or body page) drag only the data part of im_tab table.

So there will be a DATA sub form and an untitled sub form. Lets name this untitled sub form tab_sub.

    4) Select the tab_sub as type flowed direction top to bottom, "allow page breaks within content" checked, place(following previous) if you want to show in same page or else specify the top of content area. In binding select the table im_tab and uncheck the "Repeat sub form" check box.

    5) Select the DATA as type flowed, direction top to bottom (if you want to show one below other or else choose western text), "allow page breaks within content" unchecked, place(following previous). In Binding, check the Repeat sub form check box.

Now if you have 3 records in table im_tab, tab_sub sub form will run once in which DATA sub form will be repeated 3 times and separate data will be shown each time.
