You typically want your buffers to have a 95% hit ratio in order for the system to use it efficiently. However you have to determine that value as there is a enormous set of variables that can dictate what that value should be.
Take a look at tx ST02 and review the current values like the hit ratio, and from there you can also review what you have the values set to in the profile(s).
