Is there a standard way to get ST03n data from SAP ECC to SAP BW?

I searched around and found EFWK extractors in Solman to be the only standard solution around.

I wanted to know if anyone has tried similar scenario, in any other way. (Getting user statistics data, transactions used, license type etc).

Your help will be much appreciated.

you can find in ST04 - tcode in your login .

statistical information tab in that you can found.

I am not sure about SAP BW system. In your landscape if you are having Solution Manager in that you can forward the all the statistical records from ECC to Solman BI system. from there you can create your own reports. you can refer the SAP note 1457010.
