Active Contributor Silver: Did not receive Acknowledgment of Achievement

Hi Moderators,

I became an active contributor:Silver today but I did not get any mail as an acknowledgment, which I did get when I became a Bronze contributor. I checked in mailbox as well as in Junk mails. Has SAP stopped sending the acknowledgments?

Yes, as of now stopped. they may relaunch similur new appreciation mail/program.

That is a very bad news for me. Any updates on when will they start their new appreciation program?

Not for you, its bad news for all who loved the SCN appreciations. Even me also missed when i crossed 5000. i can't say exact or tentive date. But they will be back with new programs which will resembles the appreciations.

If they already planned to launch, then one of SCN team will revert you.

Hi everyone,

Yes we are working to bring back email notifications for achievements related to levels, missions completed, etc. But it's work we're doing with both platform providers so it will take a few months until this can be done. I wish it was faster. In the meantime, check your Activity streams and under "social news" (make sure you scroll down long enough to see this, and expand the news) you can see a mention of who recently leveled up.

. Yes, i seen that under social news its shows who recently got new levels.

Hello Laure !

               It's nice to know that e-mail notifications will be sent soon on moving to next level.

               When it is set up again, it would be more nice if acknowledgement of achievement mail can be sent for those who didn't receive it from the time it was stopped.
