Issue with multiple Web UI sessions in CRM 2007 system

Hi All,

         We are facing an issue in our CRM 2007 system where we are unable to open more than 1 parallel web UI sessions.Any ideas.

May be this is because your web session is assigned with a http window id when it opens in a new window for the first time.. and when you try to open second time for one more session it always tries to overwrites with the existing window ID.

Thanks Amit/Atul/Visu,

The issue user is getting is she/he is able to open the first Web UI session without any issue but when she is trying the second parallel UI session by using Cntrl+N Option she/he is getting blank window in that

Hello

If i am getting it right then you are not able to open more than one web UI session per user. So when two different users login to CRM they can open atleast one session ?

what kind of error / warning do you get when you try to open a second session ?
