Users facing problem while accessing newly created SAP ID

Hello All,

I am facing a problem, I have blocked all users on production system and created new users with new licenses & new roles, but thereafter it starts giving problem. Some users are facing problems of authorization check, when i checked authorizations so they were there.

I am attaching screen shots for reference.

Please help.

Hello Mahendra,

1. Can you compare the new users with the old users, in SUIM. Can you see any differences here.

2. Did you check if the Defaults tab, Parameters tab are also assigned to the new users.

3. Run SUPC and PFUD on all the roles.

I have compared new users with old users but found nothing.

But for I have given old authorizations to new users & its working fine.

You can use SU53 and see what auth is missing.
