work flow is not triggering

Hi Gurus

I am configuring EHS Incident Management component Extension 3.0 , i was creating Standard users and assign the roles to users. choose the Standard work flow  "Incident Life Cycle :WS00500001". but i am getting below errors .

1) If iam creating incident , getting message Incident recorded successfully & concern incident manager has being notified.

2) If i was checked in Incident manager credentials(Standard Roles are assigned to Incident Manager) , in Work overview there is no incidents are appearing and as well as in search also there is no indents are appearing.

can you please guide where iam doing mistake.

HI Balajee,

Workflow is trigger but unfortunately ended with some error.So go inside the log and check wt error exactly coming.(In your same screens shot toll bar 5th button you can go to Workflow log)

As u told this is the standard workflow.may be some event linkage issue.

Hi Balajee,

From workflow log it is clear that workflow is in error, need to get inside and find out out what is causing the issue. There can be various reasons like user profile doesn't have mail id or master data update.Take the help of a workflow consultant to analyze it in detail.

And also, the thread is named as 'workflow not triggering' and workflow log is attached. Can you explain the issue in detail.
